Black'D (stylized as BLAƆK'D) is a fashion brand founded by Dejan Despotovic, who born in Bosnia and raised in Serbia; he debuted with his namesake label at the age of 23. Despotovic moved to London in 2008 and interned with several world-renowned fashion houses like Gareth Pugh and Biba. In 2010, he expanded his ever-growing business by releasing his second line BLACK and opened his first store in Belgrade. After a couple of years managing several project, Despotovic decided to start fresh and take his talent to NYC in 2012. There he spent time at Oscar de la Renta’s and Brandon Sun’s design studios, worked as the head designer at KAIMIN and did creative consulting for Sheena Trivedi, while working on his personal collection. In the fall of 2013, Dejan took the next big step in his career and launched his 3rd label under the name BLACK’D.
