The High Heel Piano is a gold piano shaped like a stiletto heel. It was used when Lady Gaga performed "Born This Way" and "Yoü and I" on The Oprah Winfrey Show. It was originally a sculpture created by Gaga's sister Natali, and as a surprise to her sister, Gaga had it converted into a piano.
