Bubble Piano, 2009[]
The Bubble Piano was inspired by Hussein Chalayan's 2007 spring-line "Bubble Dress". It was featured during The Fame Ball Tour. The piano was used to debut "Future Love". To move the piano from venue to venue, a case was made by Encore Cases.

Burnt Piano, 2009[]
The Burnt Piano is a piano that was created by the Haus of Gaga. The piano is colored black, and can spurt fire by control. The design was to mimic a piano that had been set ablaze and reconstructed with found objects. It was also designed to enclose two special effects pyrotechnic devices and had to be flame resistant. Propane was piped through the top and ignited remotely. A steel structure was used for safety. The facade was sculpted and painted with high-temp paint.
The piano was first debuted at the American Music Awards in 2009 while Gaga performed Speechless. During the performance, Gaga also pulled a control which caused flames to spew from the piano. The piano is also used during The Monster Ball Tour. Tom from Tokyo Hotel wrote on his blog on November 26, 2009: "Lady Gaga was so fascinated by our EMA performance that she called me a couple of days ago to ask how we did the burning piano and whether she could also do the same for her “Speechless” performance at the American Music Awards. Well, of course artists help each other and I think that she did a pretty awesome job What do you think?"
