Vincent Herbert (born December 31, 1969) is a writer, producer and founder of Streamline Records. He worked with artists such as Tatyana Ali, Toni Braxton, Destiny's Child, JoJo, Aaliyah and Lady Gaga.
Meeting Lady Gaga
In 2007, Rob Fusari decided to send the songs he worked with Gaga to his friend, producer, and record executive, Vincent Herbert. Herbert was quick to sign her to his label, Streamline Records, an imprint of Interscope Records, upon its establishment in 2007. He introduced both Laurieann Gibson and Troy Carter to Gaga in 2007.

Herbet was the executive producer and artists and repertoire (A&R) for Lady Gaga on the following albums :
- The Fame (2008)
- The Fame Monster (2009)
- Born This Way (2011)
- ARTPOP (2013)
His publishing company, GloJoe Music Inc. was also involved on those albums as a music publisher along with Sony/ATV Songs, LLC and House of Gaga Publishing, LLC. Since Joanne in 2016, only his label, Streamline Records is involved with her releases.
Other
- On May 2, 2009 during the final performance of the U.S. leg of The Fame Ball Tour, Gaga was presented a Gold Plaque for her debut album The Fame by Herbert.
