Millenium FX (previously known as Millennium Effects) is a supplier of cutting edge prosthetics, animatronics and special make-up FX for film, television, commercials, music promos, theatre and corporate projects. The company was founded in 1999 by Neill Gorton.

Horns and bones, 2010[]
Mother G.O.A.T. in 2012/13.
The Prosthetic Horns are latex prosthetic pieces that are molded onto Lady Gaga's face and shoulder regions. They first appeared during the Born This Way era, appearing on the "Born This Way" single artwork and album photoshoot by Nick Knight, as well as being worn to the 53rd Grammy Award Ceremony and multiple interviews and photoshoots proceeding the performance. The prosthetics were done by Neill Gorton. His original Photoshop concept design was done on a December 5, 2010 selfie by Lady Gaga and was used to promote Born This Way and later, The Born This Way Ball. The prosthetics were applied by Louie Zakarian and Stephen Kelly for the New York appearances. The makeup were done by either Billy B, Alex Box, Val Garland or Tara Savelo. It was also used for Mother G.O.A.T., the main antagonist and narrator of The Born This Way Ball Tour in 2012/13.
The Bride's prosthetics, 2011[]
Brian Coldrick worked on the sketches (concept design) with the team at Millennium FX and the Haus. Charlie Bluett sculpted in oil based clay and cast in foam latex the facial implant prosthetic. Sharna Rothwell created the arm piece. Richard Martin painted the cyborg pieces. From start to finish, the team had 8 days to create the pieces.
The props were worn by Gaga for her character, The Bride shot on July 21 of 2011 for "Yoü and I". On the set, Rob Mayor (Millennium FX) flew out to Nebraska to apply the pieces.
Yüyi's prosthetics, 2011[]
The team created the tail along with the gills. Brian Coldrick worked on the sketches with the team at Millennium FX and the Haus. Gaga main concern was for the mermaid to "look real". The props were worn by Gaga for her character, Yüyi the Mermaid shot on July 22 of 2011 for "Yoü and I". On the set, Rob Mayor (Millennium FX) flew out to Nebraska to apply the pieces.
The tail body was sculpted by Richard Martin and Sharna Rothwell and made with silicone. Richard Martin also did the tail spines and un unseen dorsal fin, gill and blender prosthetics. The tail fin was created by Charlie Bluett. The team had 8 days to create and paint the props.
