Capital One Arena (formerly MCI Center and Verizon Center) is an indoor arena in Washington, D.C. Owned by Monumental Sports & Entertainment. Located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., the Capital One Arena sits atop the Gallery Place rapid transit station of the Washington Metro. The arena has been largely considered to be a commercial success and is regarded as one of the driving catalysts of the revitalization of Washington, D.C.'s Chinatown neighborhood.

- Gaga opened the show with a televised performance of "The Cure" for the American Music Awards. "The Cure" was not performed after "Bad Romance" during this show.
- In addition, prior to performing "LoveGame", the show was put on hold to broadcast a live screening of the American Music Awards presentation for "Best Pop/Rock Female Artist" which Gaga won. The award was presented by three fans and her acceptance speech was broadcast live from the tour.
